Comprehensive Training

Robinsons believe that training is very important to running a successful business.

Induction Programme

We now run a compulsory three day induction programme for all new tenants, our new induction programme gives you the advice and knowledge required to run a successful Robinsons pub business and is an essential introduction to the partnership with Robinsons.  It covers a range of subjects including cellar management, legal obligations, marketing and promotions, food, wine and an introduction to our brands.  You will also have the opportunity to join a Brewery Tour.

This forms part of the package of support when you join us so there is no additional cost.  For further information, please contact or telephone our Training Department on 0161 480 6571.

Areas of training include

PEAT (Pre-entry Awareness Training)

Together with the APLH qualification, we require all prospective tenants to undertake PEAT online via the BIIAB website at £75.00 (exc. VAT). This gives an explanation of what needs to be considered before signing a pub tenancy or lease agreement.
